HA NOI -- A Memorandum of Understanding for sustainable tourism development in the expanded Mekong region was signed in Ha Noi yesterday. Projects worth more than US$11 million will be implement over five years in Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Binh and Quang Tri Provinces as part of the MoU.
